These are the ecosystems we intend to support. None of them is an official Case Flow ID partner, and none is connected today. Availability depends on each manufacturer’s approval and technical support.

Intraoral scanning and case exchange used in many dental practices.
A future authorized connection would let a practice send a scan and its case details to a laboratory in Case Flow ID.

A future authorized connection would let a practice deliver an approved scan to the laboratory without a manual download.

A future authorized connection would route an approved iTero case to the laboratory selected in that workflow.

A future authorized connection would bring an approved DS Core case into the laboratory’s Case Flow ID workspace.
How it will work
This is the intended future workflow, not something Case Flow ID can do today. What each platform can send, and when, depends on that manufacturer’s approval and technical support.

The practice captures the digital impression in its scanning software.

Select the laboratory.
The practice chooses the laboratory that should receive the case.

Send the digital case.
The platform sends the authorized scan and case details.

Receive it in Case Flow ID.
The laboratory finds the case in the same workspace it already uses.
